APR and Quattroworld.com Announce Plans for Petit Le Mans

The 2010 running of Petit Le Mans is slated to be one of the most important races since its inception as it marks the return of the R15 Plus to ALMS. It also sets the stage for a rematch where the Audi R15 Plus team aims to defend their Le Mans podium sweep against the Peugeots. APR and Quattroworld.com will commemorate this special event with by offering Audi fans a place to hang out during the race in APR’s booth in Vendor Village at Road Atlanta.

The party will last all week as we root on the team from Audi. If you are already planning on attending Petit Le Mans, don’t forget to stop by Friday night and hang out with other Audi enthusiasts and check out APR’s B8 S4 race car and other modified Audi’s on display. APR’s booth will feature their newly released Audi RS4 4.2l Stage 3 supercharger system and B8 S4 street car with APR’s RSC Exhaust System and prototype ECU Upgrade.

Are you still on the fence and haven’t booked your tickets yet? This is the exact special addition to the weekend’s events you were looking for to make it impossible to miss! What:

The 48th season of racing at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course will open with the Grand-Am Rolex Series starring in the EMCO Gears Classic presented by KeyBank, June 19-21. The Rolex Series’ two class format will feature Daytona Prototypes and GT cars battling for top honors as the sun sets on Saturday, while the ST class will rejoin the docket for an exciting KONI Sports Car Challenge Series race on Saturday and the GS class will finish up the weekend on Sunday.

The Ford Mustang Challenge and the Volkswagen Jetta Cup have also been added to the mix for a weekend of intense wheel-to-wheel action.
